Welcome to our community! Located in Ft. Myers, Florida, Avian Place is one of three communities within Province Park.
The 130 homes are attached villas and share an adjoining wall. Sidewalks, street lights and manicured lawns create a warm, welcoming neighborhood.
The community clubhouse hosts monthly socials and activities for Avian Place and Province Park condominium residents. A pool, fitness room, tennis, pickleball and bocce courts provide
residents with opportunities to stay active and socialize. An indoor facility offers table tennis, corn hole and darts.
A playground and grassy area is provided for families to enjoy. A Dog Park is available for our canine friends.
