Avian Place HOA Meetings

All owners are welcome and encouraged to attend. The Avian Place HOA Board wants to be transparent and have owners involved. The HOA fees are your dollars, see how they are spent! Board meetings for Avian Place are normally held on the second Monday of each month at 6:00 pm in the clubhouse. A sign is normally placed at the entrance of Avian Avenue the week before as a reminder. Below is a list of our upcoming meetings:

Daily/Weekly Activities During Season

• Pickle Ball: From early November through April, pickle ball will be played on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 8:45 am, and also on Tuesday and Wednesday at 6:00 pm on the court to the right of the pool. New players are always welcome! Lessons for new players are at 10:00 am on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. During the summer months, pickleball will be played Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:00 pm and at 8:30 am on Saturdays.
• Water Aerobics: Monday through Friday 9:00 am -10:00 am in the pool beginning in late October/early November through the end of April.
• Bocce Ball: Court open to residents from dawn until dusk daily. Organized play on Wednesdays at 4:00 pm during Season.
• Rummikub (board game): Monday, 2:00 to 4:00 pm in the clubhouse.
• The Lending Library: Books, CDs and DVDs can be borrowed from the clubhouse. Pick up or drop off during office hours year round.

Equipment for pickle ball, bocce ball, and water aerobics may be borrowed from the clubhouse during regular operating hours. Ask the clubhouse staff for informtion on borrowing equipment over the weekend.
