How do I access the community and where can I park?

All residents residing in Avian Place or in the Condos must have all of their vehicles registered in our clubhouse office and must have gate transponders and parking decals on their vehicles. If you have a vehicle that needs to be registered, please come to the clubhouse office with that vehicle's registration and $20 cash for the transponder. Reds Towing has been instructed to tow any vehicles that do not have a transponder on the front windshield that are parked in the clubhouse parking lot after 5:00 pm.

Any vehicles that need to use the clubhouse or the cart barn parking lots for overnight parking, must have a parking permit, from the clubhouse office, placed on the dashboard or windshield of the vehicle. Any car that is parked overnight in either parking lot without a permit, will be towed. A parking pass may be downloaded from our website for guests to park in the clubhouse parking lot. Overnight guests require permission from the Master Association to park overnight in the clubhouse parking lot, in addition to displaying a parking pass.

Any residents who have a registered vehicle but don't have a parking decal for it can drive their vehicle up to the clubhouse office and we will get one put on for you.
