New Pool Grilling Station.

We are pleased to inform you that the new clubhouse grill is now available for resident use.

At this time, use of the grill is on a first-come, first-served basis. Residents are asked to be considerate of others who may be waiting to use the grill and to limit their use accordingly.

To help maintain cleanliness and proper operation, a grill brush for cleaning the grates is provided and is stored beneath the grill on the left side. Residents are expected to clean the grill and surrounding area after each use and dispose of all trash and food debris appropriately.

If fuel replenishment is needed, a spare fuel tank is located in the grill area for resident use. Please exercise caution and be mindful of proper procedures when exchanging fuel tanks. If you are not comfortable performing a tank exchange, please contact clubhouse management for assistance or guidance.

The start-up and shutdown instructions are HERE and have been posted on the grill which must be followed at all times. Adhering to these instructions is required to ensure safety and proper operation.

Please refer to the Clubhouse Propane Grilling Station Rules dated 01-14-26 before using the grilling station.

* Please be advised that the grill area is monitored 24/7 via security cameras. Residents are encouraged to notify the clubhouse manager of any issues, concerns, or questions regarding grill use.

Daily/Weekly Activities During Season

    Pickleball: From early November through April, pickleball will be played on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 8:45 am, and also on Tuesday and Wednesday at 5:00 pm on the court to the right of the pool.

    During the summer months, pickleball will be played Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:00 pm and at 8:30 am on Saturdays.

    New players are always welcome! PICKLEBALL LESSONS ARE AVAILABLE @ 10:00 AM ON ON TUESDAYS, THURSDAYS, AND SATURDAYS

    Water Aerobics: Monday through Friday starting at 9:00 AM in the pool beginning in late October/early November through the end of April.

    Bocce Ball: Court open to residents from dawn until dusk daily. Organized play on Wednesdays at 4:00 pm during Season.

    Rummikub (board game): Tuesdays, starting at 2:00 PM in the clubhouse.

    The Lending Library: Books, CDs and DVDs can be borrowed from the clubhouse. Pick up or drop off during office hours year round.
