Avian Place is a neighborhood within Province Park. We are governed by the covenants on file at the Lee County Clerk of Court Office. Please read both sets of covenants and familiarize yourself with the restrictions of this deed-restricted community.

The Avian Place HOA Covenants are restrictions within the villa community commonly known as Avian Place.

The Master Association documents deal with the entire development including Avian Place, the Condos at Province Park, and Greens Edge Condos along the golf course.
